Florence Death Toll Rises

The death toll from Hurricane Florence rose to 32, as many inundated communities are getting more rain. Officials in North and South Carolina are warning residents to beware of flash flooding, tornados, landslides and damaged infrastructure. VOA's Zlatica Hoke has more.
