14 Dead In Assault on Shiite Shrine

At least 14 people were killed in an attack on a shrine in the Afghan Capital, Kabul, Tuesday as Shiite Muslims prepared for a religious day of mourning. Police said a gunman stormed sakhi shrine the largest shiite shrine in the capital killing 13 civilians and one policeman and wounding 26 people. Later the attacker was shot dead.
